Finance and Administration
Consisting of the Priest, Senior Warden, Junior Warden, past Senior Warden, one additional Vestry member, two non-Vestry members and the Treasurer, this important team advises the Vestry on all matters involving budget-income-expenses, stewardship, investments, insurance, salaries, and building facilities. The two non-Vestry members serve two year terms.
A Memorial Gate
The Art, Memorials and & Gifts Team was established by the Vestry to insure the architectural, visual and artistic integrity of the buildings and grounds, and to assist members and friends of Saint Dunstan’s in making non-cash gifts in memory of a loved one or to memorialize a significant event in their lives. Gifts have included patios, arbors, fountains, gates, benches, trees, and the beautiful 30′ Memorial Bell Tower with its 1800′s tuned brass bell. Donors are urged to contact this committee BEFORE making a decision by calling the parish office.
Saint Dunstan’s Foundation
The Foundation obtains and professionally manages cash and non-cash gifts to benefit Saint Dunstan’s outreach activities in this community and beyond. Professionally managed by an independent Board of Directors, monies are dispersed to worthy causes recommended by members of the parish.
Memorial Garden (Columbarium)
The Memorial Garden, shaded by flowering plum trees west of the church building, is a place of natural beauty, comfort and serenity to the families in our parish. The Vestry proposed the Memorial Garden on church grounds to be a place for the cremated remains of Saint Dunstan’s family members, expressing the thought that both the living and deceased are still together in the communion of Saints. It provides for those who find comfort in having the remains of loved ones near their place of worship.
